ahh..geli ati baca entry pompuan diva shaza zedane tok eh..berguling guling ketawa baca komen komen pedas berapi..alaaa...small matter la girl...that why u felt like 'orang asing' because you not trying to adapt with the surrounding and others sarawakian.thats call karma..what u give..u get it back.
im also sarawakian also..had studied at selangor for 3 years..and now working at KL.i learn how to adapt with this semenanjung lifestyle,and slowly i've can manage to stayed and rent alone for half a year without any problem and now married and still staying in KL.memang la sometimes some (1-2 person) asked the stupid question like..."sarawak is malaysia?""bila sampai malaysia?"'masih pakai cawat?""tinggal atas pokok?".i've tried to take it with positive mind.ala...i guarantee this kind of person failed his/her geographic or history lesson.i dont blame them..they are right.because semenanjung and borneo is seperated by the south china sea and the only transport is to fly using plane.and blame the government also..lack of advertising about borneo.if keluar TV pun..always keluar pedalaman,rumah panjang,old men using blow pipe and cawat and ect..that why what u see is not actually the whole thing..cuba la pandang kan kemajuan sarawak ka...the 1malaysia concept in sarawak ka..sarawak and sabah has unite with malaya and form malaysia.no we use cawat ONLY when its gawai or got traditional event because its was our traditional costume but not in daily living.sigh..live on tree???nope!we use the tree to build houses..not live on tree..if la we live in trees..waseh..i can imagine we using lif to go up and down..hehe..
if you treat them good..they will be good to you..this is our lifestyle in sarawak.to believe is to see with your own two eyes and feel it..it may take times..same goes with me here,i've meet mostly of semenanjung peeps are nice and humble..even they also has the tolak ansur when driving..like giving way.
some of them also i really love they not geli with other races..sometimes i invited them when i celebrate xmas and i cooked dishes and bake cakes.ermm...but this attitude is different from my place,sometimes you will meet 1-2 person who was so annoying,because they geli want to eat the non muslim prepared food/pinggan mangkuk..even air cola dlm tin!gosh!(i wrote based on my own experience!)..we also respect their religion..we're not putting the pork inside the dishes..sometimes we asked the muslim to cooked because we want to enjoy the celebration..:)
ok la enough for tonight..sorry for the broken english..hehe..hope we will unite as 1Malaysia and no racist..and be grateful we are not like korea that has divided into two.
